How soon will I get my ShiftLink
Initial hardware quantities are limited.
Here’s the rollout schedule:
- First units ship in about two weeks
- Orders fulfilled first come, first served
- We expect to meet all upgrade demand by the end of January
If you want to be in the first batch, ordering early is the safest bet.
How does the upgrade work?
The upgrade is normally $499, but as an early customer, you can get it for $99 when you return your current control box. * U.S. customers only
How it works:
- Purchase the Shiftwave Pro Upgrade ($499).
- For U.S. customers - We ship you the new ShiftLink module plus a prepaid box + return label.
- For U.S. customers - When your old control box arrives back to us, you get a $400 refund.
Returned control boxes are used in our humanitarian deployments — including disaster-response work like supporting over 1,000 firefighters during the LA Fires of 2025, as well as our ongoing efforts in Ukraine and other crisis environments.
