What You Need to Use Your Shiftwave Pro
Shiftwave Pro runs through the Shiftwave Control App on an iPad, replacing the older control box system.
You’ll need:
- iPad with a USB-C port (M-series recommended)
- Headphones — Bluetooth or wired (If you prefer wired headphone, you’ll need either a USB-C docking station or an audio adapter)
- iPad stand (optional but recommended) — helps keep your iPad stable during sessions
Included with your Shiftwave Pro:

- Eye mask for full immersion
What Is Your Return Policy?
Shiftwave offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Returned units must be in original condition and packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer financing through Affirm, starting as low as $415 per month or 0% APR, depending on your eligibility and purchase amount.

Is Shiftwave eligible for HSA/FSA/HRA?
Shiftwave is eligible for HSA and FSA purchases through TrueMed.
During checkout, simply choose TrueMed as your payment option. TrueMed will guide you through obtaining a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN), a short online form that allows you to use pre-tax HSA/FSA funds.
Shiftwave is also eligible for MyCigna HRA (Health Reimbursement Arrangement) programs, including those available to retired NFL players.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shiftwave ships worldwide, except where restricted by U.S. trade or export regulations.
International customers are responsible for any local duties, import taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.

1. Shiftwave Control App (iPad) - This app runs your sessions
2. Shiftwave Companion App (Mobile)
