What You Need to Use Your Shiftwave Arc and Pro?
Your Shiftwave Arc or Shiftwave Pro, the Shiftwave app on your phone, and headphones for the guided audio. The app runs your sessions, suggests protocols and keeps your session history.
I use the Shiftwave iPad and companion apps. What changes?
Nothing right away: your current setup keeps working. The new Shiftwave app runs on your phone and works with your Shiftwave Pro. Contact us and we’ll get you set up.
What Is Your Return Policy?
Shiftwave offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Returned units must be in original condition and packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer financing through Affirm, with terms depending on your eligibility and purchase amount.
At checkout, select Affirm to view your personalized payment options before completing your order. Affirm’s application process is quick and doesn’t affect your credit score just to check your eligibility.

Is Shiftwave eligible for HSA/FSA/HRA?
Shiftwave is eligible for HSA and FSA purchases through TrueMed.
During checkout, simply choose TrueMed as your payment option. TrueMed will guide you through obtaining a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN), a short online form that allows you to use pre-tax HSA/FSA funds.
Shiftwave is also eligible for MyCigna HRA (Health Reimbursement Arrangement) programs, including those available to retired NFL players.
We recommend confirming eligibility with your benefits administrator before purchasing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shiftwave ships worldwide, except where restricted by U.S. trade or export regulations.
International customers are responsible for any local duties, import taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.
