How long will it take to receive my Shiftwave?

Once your order is confirmed, please allow 1–2 weeks for order processing and fulfillment.

Domestic orders ship via UPS and typically arrive within 7 business days of shipping. A signature is required upon delivery.

• Shipping to all other U.S. states: $300 per unit

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shiftwave ships worldwide, except where restricted by U.S. trade or export regulations.

Will Shiftwave include the correct power cord for my country?

Yes. Every Shiftwave includes a region-specific power cord for your country.

The universal power supply supports 90–264V AC / 47–63Hz, so it works safely with both U.S. and international voltage standards.

If you travel internationally, you can use your system with a simple plug adapter, no voltage converter is required.
