Warranty Coverage

Your purchase comes with a complimentary year of ShiftCare, which covers genuine system failures and operational issues. It does not include normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or accidents.

What’s Covered:

Functional Failures Only: We cover system failures or functional problems that prevent the unit from operating as intended.

This includes essential components such as:

  • Network-related issues
  • Control Box internal failures
  • Control Knobs if it fails to function as designed
  • Critical Internal Parts (communications cables, power/communication cables, power supply units, pulse oximeter sensors)
  • Headphones, Eye Mask, and Travel Bag only if they fail to function as intended (e.g., no audio output or sensor failure).

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Cosmetic scratches, scuffs, fading, or other aesthetic changes that occur over time.
  • Accidental Damage or Misuse: Damage from drops, spills, or other non-functional, user-induced failures.
  • Non-Functional Cosmetic Issues: Loose fasteners or cracked cases that don’t affect system operation.
  • External or Environmental Damage: Damage caused by environmental factors (e.g., water damage from weather) or power surges not related to a product defect.

Shipping for Warranty Service (U.S. Customers):

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the unit to us for warranty service. We cover the return shipping of repaired or replaced items.

International Customers

Extended warranty coverage is available for international customers. All shipping costs related to warranty service (return and replacement) are the responsibility of the customer.
