ShiftCare+: 2 Year Extended Warranty

Every Shiftwave includes one year of ShiftCare coverage from your delivery date, protecting against genuine failures and operational issues. It does not include normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or accidents.

What's Covered:

Functional Failures Only: We cover failures or functional problems that prevent your Shiftwave from operating as intended. This includes essential components such as:

All models:

• Network-related issues
• Control Knob if it fails to function as designed
• Critical Internal Parts (communications cables, power/communication cables, power supply units, pulse oximeter sensors)

Shiftwave System:

• Control Box internal failures

Shiftwave Pro:

• ShiftLink failure

What's Not Covered:

• Normal Wear and Tear: Cosmetic scratches, scuffs, fading, or other aesthetic changes that occur over time
• Accidental Damage or Misuse: Damage from drops, spills, or other non-functional, user-induced failures
• Non-Functional Cosmetic Issues: Loose fasteners or cracked cases that don't affect operation
• External or Environmental Damage: Damage caused by environmental factors (e.g., water damage from weather) or power surges not related to a product defect
• Unauthorized Accessories or Modifications: Damage resulting from third-party accessories or unauthorized modifications
• Improper Return Packaging: Damage sustained during return shipping if the product was not properly packaged
• Mesh Sagging: Sagging in the chair seat where the back of the knees rest is normal wear from use in the upright position. This does not affect performance and is not covered under warranty.

• U.S. Customers: You're responsible for shipping your Shiftwave to us for warranty service. We cover return shipping of repaired or replaced items.
• International Customers: All shipping costs related to warranty service (returns and replacements) are the customer's responsibility.
